Like I love talking about nature/animals and people love amazing facts. I spread my passion or share and even colouring books on animals or birds or dinosaur or transport and so I share in their enjoyment. Some people it’s history or geography and I love listening. When they using their interests. It gives me joy and I love happiness they want to spread

But in the same breath...you are practicing your self care by not only listening to what your friends describe as their passionate things......you're sharing your passions...most people put their issues...good or bad to the back burner...I'm very guilty...but I've gotten better
