1460 days ago I lost my partner the pain of loss seems far worse today than it did 4 years ago., and this is why i loath Christmas.
I go through the motions of the festive season but my heart is not in it, its something I want to be over with as quickly as it comes.

Hello M,that's true it can suddenly come back like it's just happend mam was crying other day as she read the card she gets out every year off my step dad it's been 19 years but she keeps busy and has me this helps were going to cafe soon for a meal xx

I was going to say that saying I'd rather have had love and a happy less lonely life than all the years I've had alone often resorting to comforts like alcohol or food luckily me and mam have had each other hopefully I'll be well enough to get a dog when mam dies not sure on the training tho 🌈
