having some anxiety

yesterday my boyfriend and I went on a day trip and it was so fun. I was proud of myself for not having too much anxiety. This morning I felt fine but tired so I took a nap. After my nap my lower stomach started to hurt. It kind of feels like period cramp but of course I start to panic about throwing up. I’m also wondering if it’s because I haven’t had a ton today eat today, just a bagel and some snacks. I just showered and had some TUMS and now I’m back in bed. I was going to rest for a half hour and then try to eat. I’m now scared to eat anything, but I know it may help me feel better. I also miss my boyfriend after our fun weekend

Maybe you just need some rest after a busy fun day yesterday.

I'm sorry you are feeling that way. I agree, maybe you need some rest after your fun day yesterday. I hope you feel better soon.
