How do you do chores without a body double………

body double- someone to help you stay on task………

try writing down daily chores and beside each one write something positive beside it and once completed hopefully each one makes you feel better and better as the day goes on.

Writing down chores is great, like kenster1 said! Telling yourself that you'll "just do one thing" (like one dish, or sweeping), and then you get in the groove of it and can't stop. Make sure to turn on some music. If you want to be done by a certain time, set an alarm or timer, and stop, regardless of where you're at. Take a break and treat yourself. If there's still more to do, start the process over again.

physical therapist recently, that it's all about Pacing Yourself. :) xx
