My dad is very sick and I am terrified and having a hard time

My dad has covid and double pneumonia and they have decided to put him on a ventilator. I am terrified and having a really hard time. I would greatly appreciate it if you could all say a prayer for him please. His name is Tim. Thank you all so much!

Just an update for everyone. My dad is still on life support and they are trying everything to help him. The doctors said there have been a few very small improvements and it will be a long road. I appreciate all of your support and prayers very much! Thank you all. I will update again when there's more information

Hi GingerHoney, They are definately trying for the best for your Dad. Glad they mentioned some improvements. I hope they can hold the phone to his ear so you can tell him you love him. Its so hard for the medical personnel to be able to do everything as theyre so busy. My sister in law and I will say the Rosary for Tim tonight. Much love to you.

The doctors told us yesterday that my dad is not going to make it. We will need to take him off life support in the next couple of days. I am having a really hard time with this. I feel like my whole world is crashing down....thank you all for your prayers. I would appreciate some prayers for my dad as he is going through this. And prayers for my family, especially my mom. They have been married for over 40 years. I don't know how she will make it through this. Thank you all again.

Dearest GingerHoney, I was in your spot with my own father years ago. I want to sharesomething with you. Nothing can ease the pain you are going through however, since none

of us known what patients can hear or sense in the final hours, make sure you each say your

final goodbyes. Holding his hand may give him the peace he needs at this time.

As I watched the monitor on my own father as he was dying, I noticed every time my mom or I

touched his hand and said that we loved him, his h/r went up for a few moments.

My prayers will continue for you, your dad and the family during this difficult couple day. xx
