worn out

I am just worn out. I have battled anxiety my whole life. I’ve been to several different therapists, psychiatrists, and primary care. They all seem to help at first, but then give up on me. The last med is zoloft and Abilify. I quit the Abilify cause it kept me awake all night. They won’t change me from zoloft and I don’t think it does anything for anxiety. I’m stuck in a very low spot.

I feel you. It's exhausting, and it seems like every time I'm starting to climb out of the hole I fall back in. Can you try again to tell the doctors that the zoloft isn't working? There's no point in taking the med if it doesn't improve your symptoms.

I know things are tough right now, but I just wanted to remind you to keep taking Zoloft consistently. It can take up to six weeks to start feeling its full effects, but it really helped me with my anxiety. Hang in there
