Help plz!!

I experience anxiety n depression sometimes at the same time, almost daily but few days/months are really bad. Its like bout of anxiety/depression pops up, when i become more "unfunctional"..... Wat to do during this bout?

Thankyou!! But i dont have any reason at the moment to be anxious or depressed but still im having it.... like too much!! I dont knw wat to tell them. Its just most of the symptoms of anxiety n depression 😔

Hi again,

The only thing you have to say is "I think I have depression". The person will ask you some questions about how you have been feeling and what has been happening to make you dysfunctional. They will guide you so don't be concerned how the call will go.
