I have suffered from severe depression and anxiety for a long time. Lately they are getting worse, specially first thing in the morning. It delays my getting up and start the day.
Does anyone have any clue how to put energy into a depressed person who has racing thoughts. Thank you...

I have my coffee then make myself do the dishes or unload the dishwasher from the night before. I get most of my work done early in the morning. Then I fizzle by noon. I have to tell myself you have to do this even though I would rather just sit.
