Going back for another round of acupuncture treatment for anxiety.

After getting quite a bit of relief from just ONE treatment, I am very happy to be going back for another round today.....I am so impressed by this. It is definitely a tool. I am also taking 300mg. of gabapentin at night, to help with rest, and it does seem to be helping. I have read online articles about how gabapentin is now being used off label to help with anxiety and depression.......something to check into with your Doctor if interested.

Hi Tommy5091, I have never taken Gabapentin but had 6 months of weekly

acupuncture at one time for my daily headaches. It worked not only for the

headaches but my anxiety as well. I attribute it to the inner most feeling of

relaxation I could experience. Good Luck with your next session. xx
