I'm feeling panicky over food again. Mom made BBQ chicken, and I used to LOVE IT, but now I'm just scared of meats and stuff you have to chew 😫. WHY?! WHYY do I have to be so scared of food ðŸ˜. I used to love food. One little thing that happened almost 2 yrs ago ..and I'm still battling this. I feel ridiculous 😞

Count to 10 to calm you a bit. Then take very small bites, chew it well and as much time as you need. You know then even if it got a bit stuck it couldn't lead to choking.

You are scared. It's miserable, but it's okay. Don't beat up on yourself for it, life happens.
Are you safe taking a small piece of that BBQ chicken and whizzing it in the blender with some liquid you like? Baby steps. Or maybe just chop the heck out of that little piece! Teach it what's for, for scaring you! 😊 Most important: don't be mean to yourself for not being perfect. None of us are. Even the folks who think they are. Nope. Not them either.
