Night being an lonely hour.

It's not surprising that night time or early hours can be the most difficult when it comes to negative thoughts.Because when sleep fails, the silence is loud and the thoughts are something that feels devastating.

I feel most alone in these hours on these nights.

If you relate, then I'm deeply sorry. I see you and feel you. You're not alone in this feeling.

STAY STRONG

I found nights very difficult for years. Eventually I was able to block the thoughts out with meditation,

You stay strong as well

Nights can be very difficult for a lot of us. The negative thoughts seem to flood in. When can’t stop them, I fail to get the rest I need to tackle the next day. Sometimes it helps me to put in my earbuds and listen to some kind of positive messaging or relaxing sounds. It doesn’t always work, but sometimes it does.
