Hi Optimistic50, this is the time when you are feeling better to practice relaxation,
meditation and breathing. By doing this each day, you will be more prepared if and
when you get hit by another anxiety episode. Your practice will work in bringing down
your fears while you use the methods learned. I am now doing my evening meditation.
Embrace the good feeling you have right now. Stay in that present moment of

Good evening. Today was a bit rough for me. Anxiety stayed high. I managed but had to be around people all day and that always amps up my anxiety. Starting week 4 of Sertraline. Hoping it fully kicks in soon. I have PTSD from childhood trauma. How are you doing?

Hi nice to meet you. I find my cat helps me deal with my issues. Its so soothing when he purrs and gives me something else to think about.

Life has been a bit of an emotional roller-coaster. Some days are soooo good. And then I get home and am alone, then suddenly I'm depressed and anxious about everything. I've been wanting to restart therapy/counseling, but mustering up the mental energy and courage to make the phone call has been put on the back burner. I don't know what keeps me from doing so to move forward, but I like to think I'll eventually make the phone call.
