How to stop worrying about little things.
I have similar issues and sympathize! I have found the combination of a good Cognitive Behavioral therapist and medication help greatly. Some refer to this as the gold standard. I've been taught that we can't think our way out of it but rather we need work hard at doing normal activities even if you don't want to. Avoidance is our enemy!

I also can sympathize with you here. I am someone that overthinks and obsesses about a lot of things as well. It helps me to remember that these feelings & thoughts are temporary - I can & will overcome them. Maybe try some breathing exercises - like box breathing. Hold your hand out in front of you and as you are inhaling & exhaling, you are drawing a box. Inhale for 4 counts, hold for 4, exhale for 4 counts, repeat. Remember that you have overcome this feeling many time & you will overcome the current feeling, too. You are not alone!

Hi Tobert…! Sorry you are struggling with this. I’ve found that in addition to therapy, guided meditation helps. I’ve heard acceptance of the discomfort is the first step.
