ended up leaving early

I ended up leaving the house my boyfriend was dog sitting At early. I was up all night with a sore throat, which made me scared I had Covid or strep. I think it was post nasal drip. I came home and it doesn’t hurt as much. I don’t have a fever. There are no white spots on my tonsils. I’m wondering if I was allergic to something in the house.

I ate saltines when I came home and just took a shower. I was going to let myself sleep for a couple of hours since I barely got any last night. I’m just so scared I’m sick.

Could you be allergic to the dog your boyfriend was sitting for?

I was also wondering that. I’m not usually allergic to dogs but maybe I am allergic to that breed.
