Homeopathic medicine

I'm thinking of trying some homeopathic medicine. Does anyone have any experience with it? Thanks in advance

I tried them a long time ago but I didn't have much success. But I'm sure others do. But I can write a book on natural supplements for depression that help.

Yes I have in the distant past. At that time it wasn't strictly vegan, had some animal stuff was still in the medicinals. And it's a reverse therapy kinda thing...like you start out with 20 tiny round pills of something, and then your slowly working your way down to 10 then 5 to 0. I personally didn't have much success with it....but others swear by it.

I am of the philosophy that probably over 80 % of illness is effected by our state of mind, and if we are healthy mentally, often we can fight off a lot of the small stuff that would otherwise be an issue, such as stress induced issues…headaches, tummy problems, etc. I believe it's a mind over matter sometimes for minor issues, and you have to have a will to live to stay positive on fighting the big stuff.

That small percentage of serious health issues need medical intervention, but your state of mind is still very important.

I tried it religiously for 1 year and it didn't help much. My Anxiety and depression is very severe. If it's mild or mild to moderate, i guess it may be helpful.

Hello well they say you are what you eat, here's a list of anxiety reducing foods, also chamomile tea is proven to reduce anxiety look it up it certainly relaxes me and helps heel tummy probs, I am currently on a diet to try get rid of intestine problem which appears to have come back Ulcerative colitis self cured nearly ten years been free of it since then no meds,so unfortunately I am v limit in what can eat and taking supplements instead of the listed things here, I wish you well 🤗🧚

When do you have some chamomile tea? When you feel anxiety coming or before?

At moment I'm on it to heel my colon I have it to help sleep and relax so yes before and during you need it regular 🤗

You may be interested in a good book, "The anti-anxiety diet" by Trudy Scott, it's about the use of natural supplements and diet changes for anxiety and depression. You can find it at amazon and usually at health food stores.

Hey twinkley there, thanks for the b.day wishes, I had a fabulous one, low key, getting take out from two of my favorite restaurants and killing a bottle of good champagne. I'm doing very well and enjoying life and have been busy with some volunteer work, handyman work and working in a gallery. Sure am looking forward to spring and some warm weather. I hope you are doing well too.
