then, I started feeling severe pain from my fibro because my GP had reduced my pain relief. I think my long-term partner is beginning to suffer from dementia ( he is 78 years old, and I am 61 ). My bank was hacked, and money was taken, so now I am going through a fraud investigation to get my money back. I have to sort out my bedroom for my partner's sister coming to visit from America, and all I want to do is sit and cry. I feel useless. I don't want sympathy; I just needed to get it off my chest and maybe a kick up the butt to motivate me to do something. 😪

OH dear you have been through the mill, I hope this has helped to get it off you chest, we are all here for you, as a sufferer of long term fibromyalgia you have my sympathy , without all the other problems on top, my OH has nt been well lately either and as I can hardly look after myself it’s been really difficult caring for the two of us.
At least you have your visitor from America to look forward to , maybe as suggested by Agora a visit to your GP may help for a chat, sometimes we feel that we just can’t cope with anymore, but we do , we are stronger than we think, you take care 😘
