I'm a girl of 22 struggling with severe anxiety and depression which contributes to loneliness and heartache.I keep on being blocked by people on my phone due to my need of attention and wanting so badly to have connections. Im really in a lot of pain.

Two people blocked me in the past two days and lots more in the past

I have severe pain and loneliness.

By now I'm at rock bottom and no one cares how awful I'm feeling.

I'm sorry you are going through this,  Favoritecolorblue . It's never an easy thing to be blocked or ghosted by others, let alone when you feel anxious and depressed.

I've personally benefited a lot in this regard from therapy because that serves as my container for sharing my anxiety, woes, and negative thoughts. That's helped ease the pressure on other relationships in my life. Leveraging this platform to share your thoughts and feel comforted from time to time is also something you can do.

The more long-term solution would be to develop interests, hobbies, and purpose that will keep you engaged and create a variety of social circles for yourself. If there's any activity you enjoy such as writing, music, etc, I would totally recommend diving into it and seeking enjoyment through it. It might also help to attend meetups in your local area as well as volunteer with organizations that are meaningful to you.
