We feel good and bad at different times. Sometimes, we are quick to allow these feelings to dictate the state of our minds, health, and peace, consequently.
This mustn't be so we must see beyond our feelings and negative thoughts. It is also not easy to do but it is the belief that all is well that makes the difference when we are sad, discouraged, frustrated, and like nothing seems to work out. Still believe. Just believe it shall become better and better. And, it will.
