Anxiety and Depression around the holidays

Hey everyone!

It's been quite a while since I have checked in, I still get emails regularly about different topics. I just wanted to check in and see how everyone is doing around the holidays. I know times like these can be tough. I lost my grandpa about a year and a half ago and Christmas certainly isn't the same. I am sending all kinds of good vibes and prayers to all of you and hope that you are having an enjoyable holiday.
