I had such a great night last night with my friends. I didn’t drink which eliminated a lot of my anxiety. I was able to go to the casino and club. It was packed so I felt comfortable and not super worried about Covid. This morning I felt tired as I didn’t go to bed until 2am and woke up at 9am. Even though I got six hours of sleep it was not a good sleep since I wasn’t in my own bed. I came home and napped for two hours and then took it easy. Now I’m feeling not great. My head hurts and I’m super anxious. Idk why I’m anxious. I think I’m scared I’m sick since I have a headache. My anxiety is causing my stomach to feel upset. Im trying to breathe through this but im anxious and feel alone

firstly, congrats on putting yourself first by not drinking knowing that it would help with the anxiety, it’s not an easy thing to do amongst a group of people! I’m trying and I’ve succeeded a few times but lost a couple too!
I think a lot of your irritability is to do with sleep! It’s crazy what a goods night rest can do! Take it easy!
Sounds like you did great last night. Sometimes anxiety catches up with us the day after, know that you handled it last and can handle it again even if you feel off. Maybe its the upcoming New Year bothering you?
As long as you're current with your vaccines, you've done your part. Try to enjoy the rest of your day. Stay hydrated, eat healthy, keep your mind occupied. Worrying too much can also weaken the immune system.
