l have just been diagnosed with tension headaches. I have had CT scan snd blood tests. I am getting these most days snd my legs feel tingly. I have had a lot of stress lately so thinking it’s the anxiety of that. Can someone please tell me how to deal with this through their own experience? It is all making me panic. Thanks.

HI cavalierrubie sounds like your under a lot of stress.Take time out for yourself, try anything physical like walking or yoga a hot bath maybe.Maybe you need a relaxant, perhaps theanine or valerian will settle your nerves for a bit till you get blood test results.lets know how you get on.x

Thanks for reply. The results of scan and blood tests were clear so they diagnosed tension headaches. I can only take paracetamol as on Warfarin. Thanks for your advice and help. Xx
