Is there an Anxiety/depression support group?

I have anxiety which interferes with many aspects of my life. When I talk to someone willing to listen or discuss it, my anxiety goes down. Ideally, I would like to be in a group which communicates live - not only by texting (like in zoom). If you know of any such group, I will be very grateful to get the details.

As for a live support forum, I'm sorry that this is just virtual. However,

it is a kind and caring support team of people who reach out to each

other even through their own emotional pain.

We learn through each other that we are not alone. That someone

out there cares. I hope you consider us a community even if you do

The last live support group, I found through my therapist. Sometimes the county agencies will have information and resources for live groups too.
