Joy after sorrow

I posted last week that I lost my good friend a week ago. His dogs were in a boarding facility and were going to go to the shelter soon if nobody adopted them. They are older 10, 14, and 5 so would not probably lived long in that case. I was able to find a woman remotely; there in Minnesota (I’m in Florida) to take all three and keep them together. I had 1 shipped to me and he is arriving today. I am overjoyed by this development. I’m so happy that now my sorrow has transformed to joy!

What a story!! And I’m so sorry for your loss, too. That is really tough. I just want to acknowledge what a great gift you gave to these dogs and your friend (who must be smiling from the heavens). You are truly an angel.

That’s what I thought too! That he is smiling in heaven. Made me feel joyful. Thanks for reply!
