it’s been a while since I posted … been working on some things and also just working a lot. To the many new ppl I see here this is a very helpful and healing space. Most all of us have dealt with extreme anxiety (me) and/or depression and everyone is here to help.

In some of my worst days in the past months, posting here and hearing from others has gotten me through to the next day…. When I wasn’t sure I’d make it.

Now can be an extremely stressful, lonely, and depressing time of year for so many and I’m grateful because I know if I get in a bad way someone here will listen…. Being heard can heal and help you overcome ❤️

Hello Mskitty yes that's so true this time of year can be harder not just winter blues weather but Xmas most have lost loved ones and it certainly brings it home. That's good you have been busy and haven't felt the need to post but good to here from you and thanks, I'm on off the site my self at times sending a hug 🤗

Oh thanks for saying that hope you have somewhere near by I'm looking forward to a white Xmas and white park is forcast love it with blue sky and sun must get that sunlight for winter blues hope you sleep well I'm going up soon my cat pixiebob sends a hug I hug him regular 😁🤗💛😹✨

Thank you 😊 I did have a good night… I slept well and wasn’t woken up by anxiety ( that seems to be my new fun challenge 🥴).
