I’m not feeling well. I’ve been overthinking about the past and mistakes I’ve made again. I wish I knew how to just let go of things. Just flipping let go and move on. I need a distraction. A proper distraction. I’m going to read and maybe draw to get my mind off things. I miss the me I was a few weeks ago. I don’t think I can ever bring her back.

Girl come on, you young n I bet u bounce back better then u know. Give yourself time healing n remember we can't change the past only how we handle today right now. Def for sure distract it says u into healthy eating cook yourself a meal think about it how it smells n tastes how your body feels take it slow. Wine and dine u n remember u not alone girl 😜
I sit here a lot and overthink as well. Distractions don't seem to work anymore and the people around me don't understand so I can't talk about it a lot. If you ever need a friend, you can dm me. Thank you for your reply on my other post by the way. I hope things get easier for you.
