We're so much feeling so bad with this short days.Sorry for short post just my eye is twitching and idk if it's anxiety or i have something serious. I worry. My doctor is in my hometown. I woke up at 4am from nausea and acid reflux. Really struggling with sleep schedule. Here I'm not okay physically, home mentally. I'm trapped. Moreover im going to visit a friend who invited me because he was concerned about me but I'm actually worried and im worried if he tries to cross the line. The one girl friend i had left, left as well, she has a boyfriend and gives no damns about me

Hi, I give a damn. I am reaching out to you from Australia 🇦🇺. It seems to me that you have got anxiety keeping you company right now. It's great that you have a friend who is caring about you and wants to support you.

A psychologist told me, IF you can, remember that it's our anxious minds doing the thinking (worrying about what ifs) rather than our rational decision making part of our brain (my friend wants to help me at this time). Allow the thought to leave the present and turn your attention to the benefit of sharing time with a kind and considerate friend when you are feeling low.

I am still trying to do this every time I am anxious and stressed 😟 . I admit it's easier said than done.

Hopefully tomorrow will be a better day for you 🙏

I get eye twitching when I am really stressed or have a bad migraine. I don’t think you have anything to worry about with it.
