Burping a lot

About a year ago I had awful anxiety issues and started to burp a lot about every quarter of a hour it went on for a while then disappearedIt's now back again I have anxietyissues again as father in law very I'll, problems at work and daughter with marriage problems with2 small children plus I had problems with a anal fissure and piles

I dont know how to get rid of the burping it does disappearfor a day or 2 if I have companyand am doing things which means I forget what's going on

I feel well other wise it's just getting me down

Any help or advice would be very welcome

Just writingthis helps with the anxiety

Sounds to me as if you are swallowing air, which comes back as a burp.

Many of us do it, I was really bad with it at one time, due to anxiety, but it does ease with the anxiety.

Alternatively Gaviscon works.
