I went out today and sat by a beautiful river, children were playing and ducks getting fed and just thought to myself how we all need to just slow down and stop worrying quite so muc.. It rarely solves anything apart from making you feel worse. Its better to give yourself time to be, present in nature or with your family or whatever makes you feel ok. Even if its for a short time a day. Im not happy all the time, just sometimes this makes me feel much better.. Just a thought.. What makes you feel good for a moment?
