things have continued to be good, last few days have been difficult but I think they should have been?
I had a transition at work, and spoke up (which was uncomfortable). To my supervisor.
We also kinda are having financial stressors which are manageable but just kind of nagging!
So I think the stress is warranted.. I really hope I’m doing my best at “managing/handling” my stress better this time around! Hard for me to know..
Also I’m just going to be frank, as I don’t like talking about meds much because of the varying opinions on them but…
I am on Lexapro 20mg, busiprone. 10mg x3 times a day and mirtazapine 15mg at night and it seems to help a lot!
Is this a crazy amount of meds to be on? I feel like a walking pharmacy sometimes.
