I feel like my heart can't stop shaking

I have so much anxiety right now, I don't know what to do, it's hard to breathe, it's like I'm going to pass out, I haven't had caffeine in a few days but I am shaking so much, can't figure out what to do with all of the homework anxiety I have in college right now

Take a deep breath, count to 10.. breath in hold then out slowly. Try this for 5 minutes.

Take a 5 minute break. Try drinking water or eating a snack. After that, make a To-Do list.

have a coffee then you’re probably having a panic attack about psychologically not having a coffee ….then tomorrow have less caffeine than today like half, half shitty decaf with half of the good stuff,taper down gently…..disclaimer I’m not a doctor….but drink lots of coffee ….hope this helps
