I want to share something with you all, I have been practicing gratitude, Affirmations, and ho'oponopono prayer for the past 4-to 5 days and it is helping me the first noticeable change that I saw was that Instead of crying at every thought I am replacing it with one of my affirmations so many times, that it feels real. Try this If you are struggling it might help. 😊

Thanks Hope for your advice. Being positive about aspects in your life really helps but I can easily forget that if I am depressed 🙂
There were times that I had it really tough but a quote from Winston Churchill used to come to mind ...he said... If you are going Through Hell, Keep Going!
