i think person who is from middle class and jobless have more incidence of mental illness and depression

rich people at least are ward off from some of hte thinkg which we suffer, thiniking about bread and butter, kids education and future, rich people can go for paid seat or for business . person like me has not resource for any of these

being jobless i am too much depressed and put myself on anxiolytic again after a long time of around 5 years

Mental illness does not discriminate. It can effect anyone not matter what their status is in life.

I KNOW but at least rich people have some resources we middle class further break down and many of these conditions are related with finance

Absolutely. Especially in current economy - prices are high, they say "but salaries too" but what about jobless people? Those of us disabled by mental illness. The country denies it as a real disability meanwhile employers see it as a disability

It is not a matter of $, there is a very large percentage of mentally ill homeless people. Middle class stress is stress. Wealthy are stressed out too.

Mental illness is a biological problem which is why medication is necessary, but should always be tied to therapy. I suggest focusing on finding ways to alleviate your symptoms and your stress.

There are a lot of things you can do to lower stress and hopefully increase your mood.
