So I have been having trouble with getting myself out there and making friends especially females friends, I have this condition that makes me sweat all over my body even on my hands and feet and this happens almost everytime I've tried to make an encounter with a new acquaintance, especially a lady, I don't feel my mind racing but just the problem of sweating like my mind can recognise this is a lady and just wants to escape, so I get all sweaty and just struggling to run away everytime. For a while now, I've stopped engaging with people cause the fear of being judged of this condition is crippling. I remember a time I met a girl and I shook her hand after introducing myself but I was all sweaty already and she said "your hands are sweaty" I felt so embarrassed, I didn't engage with her anymore. I just hope there are people here whp could help provide lasting tips for this problem.

See your doctor. The problem of sweaty hands can be treated easily.
I usually leave embarrassing sweaty spots under my palms on tables, ... I try my best to do a quick wipe on my shirt, if they're rude enough to point that out after a handshake btw, they probably weren't worth the handshake lol
I may be wrong, but I believe acute sweating can be a major problem acknowledged by doctors. I've heard the condition can be relieved by botox injections. Hopefully you'll have a good doctor who can help. x
