I was recently talking to a friend, and he was telling me how he just felt "blah," so I showed him the emotion wheel (I know some here have used it before) and it was helpful to him to identify some better descriptions of how he felt.
I thought it might be helpful for some people here who have not seen/used it before. I enjoy it greatly. Have a good weekend!

Thank you I feel a bit of something from.all the sections on the wheel at moment I guess I've mixed emotions feelings my moods are curcumstancial and can change just like the weather and certainly with the weather it can be a worry these days and my family are away 🤗
I could see someone using this in a counseling session to describe their feelings. It could help one define better how exactly one feels. Or while writing about an emotional situation and trying to describe more accurately what happened. Similarly, I use my Theseus to explain better the words I want to use when writing. Thank you, this is a good tool!
jackiesj: I copied this "Emotion Wheel" and pasted on onto a "WORD" document and saved it.
