I am new to this group and this is my first post. I have a long history of severe depression and anxiety. It's been managed pretty well for about a year now. I recently started graduate school in May and am really struggling managing working full time and school. I've noticed the past couple of weeks that my symptoms are coming back pretty strong. I am having panic attacks, hard to focus and want to sleep all the time (sleep is my go to escape). Any suggestions or advise? I know I've been ignoring my self-care I normally was doing but find it so difficult to find the time for it now.

Hi, welcome. I feel that self care is one of the most important things that we can do to improve ourselves, so, maybe just start out real slow and small. You're really dealing with a lot and have tons on your plate but, be sure to take care of you. Keep coming here, it's helpful to me 🙂

Welcome..maybe put self care on your schedule , calendar and that way prioritize it. Schedule some time for fun and relaxation. You deserve it.. its impressive what you're doing.
