I always liked the symbolism of the Phoenix bird! 🦜 I enjoyed it as a symbol in the Harry Potter series with the wizard Dumbledore and the Firebird Symphony by Igor Stravinsky.
It represents renewal to me and that we are constantly changing. Our bodies are forever replacing cells, growing anew, and our brains enjoy the quality of elasticity, which is the ability to remain resilient and flexible even as we age.
