Has anyone had it so bad and come out of it? Severe stomach Ulcer. Sickly feeling, bloated stomach, indigestion, belching, passing gas, pain in the chest, stomach and mid section. Raberprazole, flagyl, Amoxicillin, antacid no longer helping. Pain/cramps extending to legs hands. Shortness of breath. I have been on antidepressants for over 20 years. Is it related? Anyone ever experienced this?

Have you seen a doctor and/or a gastroenterologist. If not, you should do that first. Some of these problems may result from medical issues, and that possibility has to be eliminated before you attribute them to anxiety or depression.
I would also go and see your doctor or gastroenterologist about this. My experience has been that antibiotics interfere with the good bacteria in my gut, so I have used prebiotics and probiotics to help introduce good bacteria in my system.
Another way to do this is to eat foods containing probiotics, such as yogurt, kefir, sauerkraut, kimchi, kombucha, tempeh, miso, sourdough bread, buttermilk, miso soup, some cheeses, pickled cucumber, garlic, bananas, asparagus, cottage cheese, apple, fermented vegetables, olives, Jerusalem artichokes, and apple cider vinegar.
I'm not saying there could not be other medical issues for you but I had terrible stomach problems and they are now 90% controlled by using Prilosec ( I get a generic) it takes a week or so to work but helped me.
That was my experience as well. I had acid reflux disease for about 7 years and antacids barely did anything. Prilosec & Nexium work wonders but you need to take them daily.
Really I suggest you get this problem sorted out, I had a duodenal stomach ulcer and it was agony, the constant belching, acid reflux, the gnawing pains, the stomach acid can cause damage to your stomach lining, there's a course of antibiotics for long term stomach problems especially for stomach ulcers, there's a bug in the stomach that causes ulcers, and avoid smoking and drinking alcohol as this causes more problems for the gut, the doctors can test for the stomach bug with a simple sputum test, or perhaps a camera down your throat is required to see what's going on in your stomach, as for the antidepressants causes the ulcers, I would very much doubt it, I've been on them myself and I don't have any ulcers now, the stomach bug is called H Pylori and and normally a weeks worth of a course of two types of antibiotics will settle the problem down, best of luck 😀
It could be that you have SIBO (small intestinal bacteria overgrowth) or Candida fungal overgrowth both of these can cause the symptoms you have. I had both of them at one time from abusing antibiotics and poor diet. There are tests available for these and treatment from a naturopath or functional medicine practitioner. I also found out I have low stomach acid so I take HCI with pepsin with a protein heavy meal plus digestive enzymes. Most people think they have too much acid in their stomach when it's really just the opposite.
