Feeling anxiety in stomach??

Lately I’ve had this really weird feeling in my stomach. A very uncomfortable raw feeling. I’ve occasionally had panic attacks that stemmed from my stomach. But lately it’s just there. Anyone else have this?? I of course keep worrying it’s actually a stomach problem. But it doesn’t feel that way...

All of my feelings of anxiety result in physical symptoms similar to those of the stomach flu. Unfortunately, I've come to find out that this is just the way my anxiety manifests itself. It is one of the crappiest ways to manifest because it in turn makes me a bit agoraphobic as well since I never want to leave the vacinity of a bathroom "just in case" I really am sick and not just anxious.

So in other words, you're not alone. Let me know how it turns out and if I find anything that seems to help I'll let you know as well.

Thank you! I won’t go anywhere if there no bathroom there! It’s such a struggle to do anything!

Yes, it’s horrible - my whole body feels like it’s going haywire and will implode , between the stomachaches , the IBS and the heart palpitations I feel like I’m dying

And everything aches and hurts

Mine too.. my head feel heavy and weird my legs are tingling and heavy my stomach is weird I could cry at any second.. it’s so frustrating.. leaving the bed is such an ordeal I don’t wanna do anything in fear I’m gonna die at any second and the heart palpitations are never ending 😭

I too have anxiety and I get terribly upset to my stomach. I don’t like that feeling either. It doesn’t make me go to the bathroom but it makes me feel like I’m going to vomit. Recently it is better.
