Feel alone

I just feel super alone today like I do not have any friends. I wish I was invisible

hi no one ever needs to feel or be alone do you find it difficult socialising I do in bigger groups but ok in smaller groups is that somethng that`s possible for you.

It takes reaching out and sometimes we don't feel up to it, at least for me, I find.

Hi Fighter86. I can totally relate to feeling alone. Sometimes I think I am invisible. It's great to be able to talk to others that feel the same way.🙂

I feel Exactly the same way, at times --SO alone since my Sig. Other passed away last Nov. I do go out from time to time with friends, to a class, etc., but, too many days feel Very alone & I feel invisible -- Being a Senior living alone is Very difficult, too, but feel it's the state of my mind that's the "culprit, here!

I'm sorry to hear you're feeling so alone. I can also relate as I find myself feeling that way daily. I don't know if this will be any consolation, but you are still young and have many years ahead (don't roll your eyes yet 🙄). There's so much time for things to change and improve in your life, although you may not feel that way now. I feel lonely much of the time, because of damage I've done in the past and the relationships I've ruined. I've found myself nearing 70, to be completely alone and not much hope of being able to do damage control like I was able to do when I was younger. There just aren't enough years left. It happened over a period of many years, but now it seems like it happened over night. I know it's said all of the time, that we shouldn't take life for granted, but there's a lot of things we don't think of when we're younger. Our own mortality is a big one. At some point it hits us head on and becomes crystal clear to all of us. We really don't live forever. Keep coming here whenever you're feeling alone, and at the very least you'll find people who care. It's a place to start. 😊
