does anyone else feel what I feel? Sometimes I feel like I’m going crazy and my body is not at ease. My head feels hot sometimes, I feel like someone is putting pressure on my chest; mouth is dry. Been to the doctor multiple times and all I get is you have anxiety, I know I do but why does it feel like my brain is telling me you have sometime wrong with you but in reality it is not like that. What can I do to make this go away?

Are you in any type of therapy? I am in PTSD therapy which helps a lot. A lot of folks do CBT instead here though as well. Are you sure this isn't withdrawal perhaps? Have you sought support to get medicine if you have withdrawal symptoms? I have a younger cousin now in detox and on Naltrexone to ease the side effects. If you stopped your other medication, maybe it was working? I'm sorry, I wish I had the answers and wish I could be there to help. I guess that's the one hard part of an online community is sometimes we need someone to help us face to face. I rely heavily on my therapist as my husband hears enough. Just know that how you are feeling, we have all been there in one way, shape or form. There are still days that I can't get out of bed at all and literally do nothing but stare. I went through withdrawals after coming off of medical marijuana. I had no idea that I was going to go out of my mind. Sadly I'm in a state now where it's illegal and now I'm just a regular Benzo addict.
No I’m not in any therapy right now, I haven’t being using so I don’t think it’s withdrawal? But I’ve been trying to get the proper help that I need. It’s just very difficult to sleep at night. I feel like I’ve been through a lot of trauma and now my mind is finally telling me that I need help. Thank you for your comment. It’s nice to know that I’m not alone
A lot of people don't realize how powerful of a thing anxiety is. Anxiety is so powerful that it often causes very real symptoms. For example, When I have anxiety my vision in my left eye goes blurry or i lose vison and always thought i had a brain tumor ( turns out its the bld vessels in that eye are contracting when i get anxiety) or always had chest pain and palputations when anxious and turns out my heart IS ACTUALLY skipping a beat but its only cause is from anxiety. Always get yourself checked for physical stuff first whch siunds like you did but then once you know for sure its anxiety, reinding yourself of that when you et these feelings or dizzy or nausea or any of thse symtoms that you arent ill or in danger or dying. What helped me the most is medication, CBT, and not askig doctor google whats wrong with me😅
that’s what I feel, my vision gets so blurry I panick when it happens I’ve been with the doc. Also I will be checking out CBT to see if it helps. Thank you for the comment tho really helps.
It sounds like you could be dealing with anxiety, the negative thoughts are a distorted way that your built-in warning system uses to supposedly protect you but it could be just malfunctioning. Or it could be that you have repressed emotions that you need to process. You might check out the DARE Anxiety book and youtube videos to learn about anxiety and how to constructively deal with it.
