I made an awesome scallop mushroom peas medley in a creamy truffle cheese sauce. Blue and yellow oyster, shiitake, maitaki frondosa and white button mushrooms 🍄 were my picks this week. I had some leftover mushroom ravioli, too 🤤 😋

Cottage cheese and Greek yogurt with berries 🫐🍓
Before work at 11am, I'll have the Oatmeal with hemp seed, Chia seed and flaxseed, walnut, pecan, coconut flakes and pumpkin pie spice with coconut almond milk and 2 soft boiled eggs 🥚🥚and more berries.
