I made an awesome scallop mushroom peas medley in a creamy truffle cheese sauce. Blue and yellow oyster, shiitake, maitaki frondosa and white button mushrooms ๐ were my picks this week. I had some leftover mushroom ravioli, too ๐คค ๐

Cottage cheese and Greek yogurt with berries ๐ซ๐
Before work at 11am, I'll have the Oatmeal with hemp seed, Chia seed and flaxseed, walnut, pecan, coconut flakes and pumpkin pie spice with coconut almond milk and 2 soft boiled eggs ๐ฅ๐ฅand more berries.
