Good day for the most part

Hey everyone. I have to say that for most of the day it was really good, but my last hour or so. That part of the day was pretty stressful, thank goodness for hot chocolate with peppermint. I am very grateful for my niece today. She is such a joy to be around. What are you guys thankful for today?

It isn’t about having a stress day it is about being resilient when s****t happens. My second yoga class was probably the hardest I have ever had. It was great!
