help!!

I’ve recently been diagnosed with Bipolar 1 and I’m in a manic episode. The hyper sexual tension is killing me! The psychiatrist is trying me on different meds but this mania is something else. I feel good for a change but the things I’ve already done is out of control. I tried calling the doctors office but no one answers. I know once this episode is over then I’ll crash into depression so deep I won’t get out of bed. I feel hopeless at this moment 😞
