HELP!?
The covid situation is very upsetting. If you go out you might want to double mask or wear one mask plus a face shield. I think everyone has to do what makes them feel most comfortable even if the guidelines are loosened.
I am with you on this.If you have any ANY issue with panic, health mental physical spiritual all of the above..covid makes it thousand times higher.I fight this.other people dont get this and it may even be in your own home. you can only do so much ....to get your life back to even near normal what it was takes a lot of smarts work and faith.Im here if you wish to chat.
I’m glad it’s not just me but also sad it’s not just me! Have you found any tips tricks? Completely! Only so much you can do even in your home, as I had a stroke I can only get out 2 x a week atm which makes me a little limited energy wise but just want to have some semblance of life.. when you don’t go out in your own at all I could have a mask I could have bear mace it wouldn’t help me get out 😅
Go out in nature away from People to get some fresh air.
Are you serious!? Just avoid people? How does that solve going out for day to day
I’m not saying avoid talking to people but get your share of going out perhaps having some place up sit and get some fresh air.
Getting “fresh air” doesn’t solve the problem on the post.
I’m sorry if I’m upsetting you. I realize there is a lot of panic over these covid times. To get some semblance of getting back to a new normal. Double mask get vaccinated and boosted- go to the grocery store. I don’t know your lives and it is devastating to have a stroke. My mother in law had one. For anxiety and depression on top of a pandemic we need to eat right. Pray, meditate get a little exercise walk in nature. Have pets if we can. Be kind. Find ghe things they bring us joy and fo them.Wishing you all the best.
Hi, I also have Agoraphobia and it is extremely stressful for me. If I go outside without taking my meds, I can’t breathe or focus and feel dizzy. A lot of therapists will argue that you can talk your way out of it with cognitive behavioral therapy, but I disagree for various reasons. My main focus is to try to manage anxiety with exercise, yoga, meds, and although it’s not for everyone, medical marijuana. One thing that is especially difficult with Agoraphobia is that you feel as if your support system is within four walls with no human contact or, like me, if you live with someone who just doesn’t get it. Anyway, I thought I would reach out and let you know you’re not alone and you can talk to me anytime.
