I'm sorry to hear you are still in much pain. Is it possible that

you have food poisoning? Usually, vomiting or diarrhea will help

get rid of the toxic food in you, leaving behind a sore stomach.

Any other symptoms?? Fever..Chills etc.

We are not doctors so I would consider at least calling your doctor

to see what they say. I wish you well soon. :) xx

Your body is working hard right now in letting out the bad effects of

the food. Usually, it doesn't last more that 48 hours.

Which is worse, our anxieties or the issue itself?

Do you ever use Meditation to calm down? No matter what the cause

is, I find Meditation to be self soothing. :) xx

Does it really work

My life has changed completely since I started Meditation years ago.

Meditation is more than just a respite for stress. It can be anything you want

it to be including pain relief. I use meditation each and every day 3 times a

day. Upon awakening, mid-afternoon and before bed. It can help but like

anything else you have to believe in it and do it consistently. :) xx

Do you have any tips you can recommend I've tried meditation a while ago n I just went to sleep 😂😂

That's exactly what happens to be each night. I turn on my meditation tape

and within moments I'm asleep while my subconscious mind absorbs the

positive words spoken to me while sleeping.

Start out slow again with maybe a 5-10 minute meditation. As you start

reprogramming your mind, you can lengthen the time to 20 minutes. It's the

consistency of every day that makes it work. You can't wait until you are in

the throws of a panic and then scramble for it.

Let me know if you need some help in finding the right video on YouTube.

Although it is a personal choice since the voice and the words spoken are diffferent

for each person as to how it affects us. :) xx

No fever most likely means that it is not a virus.. :) xx

Let me suggest that you hydrate. You are losing a lot of fluids. Drinking

water will help flush out the body. Let us know what you doctor says if you

contact him. You're going to be okay but it will take time. Depending what

you doctor suggests, they will tell you how to introduce foods that will nourish

you and not cause more issues. My best to you :) xx

Would replacing electrolytes be a good idea too, Agora?

Absolutely, but I need to be careful on the forum not to get too explicit since

we are not doctors. :) xx

Good point. Speaking for myself (I'm not a doctor), I keep coconut water on hand for whenever I'm dehydrated.

NBP I deal with my daughter's electrolytes seriously comprised at times

because of her Anorexia. She has been prescribed Potassium Supplement

as well as using Pedialyte Advanced and V8 Low Sodium which has

high Potassium content. Her numbers get critically low at times. :) xx

* Potassium Supplement

* Pedialyte Advanced

* V8 Low Sodium (high Potassium content)

I'm saving this. Thank you. 💜

Terrible for you, and i have no solution except to give you my sincere support for what you are going through. I know the feelings well.

There's alot of flu going around where I live. My mom, my wife and a few friends have caught it already. Knock on wood, I haven't yet. Water, 7up are two good things my wife has used to stay hydrated. She went 2 days when she had her bug.

Sorry you aren't feeling well. There are so many viruses going around where I live right now. Rest and do your best to stay hydrated. When you feel up to it try bland foods.
