Anxiety sweat does have a pungent odor. Our over-sensitized nervous

system is constantly producing the fear hormones even when we sleep.

As Twinklystar stated, when it becomes a daily issue, always talk with

your doctor. :) xx

I once would have anxiety sweats and I had to bring an extra shirt to work as my shirt would be wet halfway through. This has since stopped happening and I do hope you find that the sweating symptom of anxiety leaves you eventually.

Try not worry about it, do what you can but the important thing is dealing with the anxiety itself, its like unwanted weight loss, itll come back in time but dont stress over it

There are deorderants that really make a difference in helping anxiety sweating and body odors. Google: the best deorderants for excessive sweating. I like LUME deordant because you can apply it anywhere you sweat and there's no body odor. This will at least get your fear of body odor under control.

I experience anxiety-related sweating all the time, and it's completely normal. Remember, anxiety can heighten our awareness of body odor. Try relaxation techniques, like deep breathing.
