Hello all again, I'm still down to doing the treatment 3 days a week and had a session this afternoon. I'm not sure yet how many more session I have. I had the same results on the questionnaires for both the PHQ-9 and GAD-7 as last week at 0 on both so i'm continuing to do well and so far am being able to maintain it. And again, i've had no side affects from doing it during or after the treatment. Overall i'm feeling a lot calmer and more present in life with less noise and static in my brain, finding it easier to concentrate and my thoughts are a lot less sticky and have no OCD. I also think the quality of my sleep has improved. One of my primary issues has been social anxiety but I went to a function this weekend by myself and did photography of the people and activities for the organization and had no anxiety about it at all and really enjoyed it. I'm enjoying just being me and in the flow of life and i'm really glad and grateful for it. Will continue to update with my progress...

This is OUTSTANDING news! I know you're dealing with the TRT issues right now. Don't let it derail your outlook. Your physical symptoms are at the forefront right now as you're in the throws of fluctuating hormone hell. I totally understand...andropause and perimenopause will disrupt our entire systems for a while. It's tough to identify which conditions are driving the symptoms cuz they all seem to mimic each other really well.

Not what you're looking for?
