Idk how to deal with it

I've been struggling with anxiety and depression most of my life but hear recently Its been really bad at work I forget things I ask a million questions even though I know the answer already and I just don't feel like I usually do I'm so lost and don't know how to deal with it any more I feel like not even going to work anymore cause I feel like people I work with think I am crazy so I'm just asking for some advice

I too been suffering my whole life w it and bipolar w severe anxiety n panic attacks it's horrible,guess can't expect people to understand until it happens to them and it's diffrent,just had friend call me and said he had a panic attack for 1st time he then said to me I can't believe you been dealing w that your whole life, see then someone who knew me understood how disabling it could be I was consistent.. God I get so tired from Lil to no sleep,lay awake worrying n suffer w chronic pain last 30yrs or more..I hope you can find help,on any meds.? Duloxotines been helping me some,its slow but more tolerable at times..
