Hi Music, welcome to our group of friends. We are here for you. If you ever need a hug and there's no one around I recommended this to someone before take your right arm gently I mean your right hand gently and put it on your shoulder and put the left hand on your right shoulder and leave both hands on each shoulder gently for a couple of minutes and its like your giving yourself a hug I don't know if this will help you but I wanted to send you some healing vibes, N
