Hello, Samsung Music. It is very wonderful that you write here and tell others about what you are going through. You are a strong person. I hope you do not break. For this, if we look around, we will find many people suffering in hospitals for those with physical injuries, or they are organic patients, including those who cannot move. And among them are those who cannot breathe well, so we are in a great blessing from God. We have to thank God a lot and resort to prayers so that we can get out of these crises. I also suffer from the same as you suffer from, but you live in the United Kingdom and I live in Sudan, where unemployment and Ignorance in societies. People here are ruthless. It is very easy for them to reproach you for your bad condition, since you did not choose it for yourself, but I wanted to give you examples so that you know that you are in a great blessing. I want you to occupy yourself with something that you see that makes you happy. That feeling, but you have to try. I think I differ slightly from you. I am a Muslim, and when the suffocation intensifies, I read the Qur’an and pray, so I feel better immediately, but that feeling comes back to me later. Please accept my greetings. I wish you a speedy recovery and for all those who are suffering in this forum
Is there anything you enjoy doing as a distraction
No its hard
And I have just been diagnosed with depression and anxiety
I play games on my phone as a distraction
It's ok to have these feelings. You need to find things that I refer to as a tool box... Meditating, reading, watching relaxation videos and breathing techniques. Google, it's all out there. Just know that you're not alone there's all of us who are suffering along with you. This group is excellent I joined a few weeks ago and find it very supportive. A safe and comfortable place where we can all go to and share our experiences and ask for help. Here is a great audiobook that puts it into a down-to-earth perspective ..... I go to it all the time. Stay strong, keep posting and asking for support! We are all in our recovery together. 🙏💪👍❤️

Hello, I'm sorry to hear that you're feeling down. I'm also feeling down as well. Somethings that help me are listening to a guided meditation on YouTube (they have all kinds) or taking my dog for a walk. Even coming on here and posting has helped me just get out of my head. Hope you're able to find some peace today
